Copyright Complaints

If you believe something on this site uses your copyrighted work without permission, tell us and we will look at it properly.

WHAT IS ON THIS SITE We don't host, stream or sell music. What we do show is event artwork, flyers and photographs of artists, mostly supplied to us by the artists themselves, their agents, or photographers we've worked with.

WHAT TO SEND Email contact@electronindia.co with: what the work is; where on this site it appears, with the page address; your name and how to reach you; and why you believe the use isn't authorised — for example, that you own the work or act for the person who does. The more you can tell us, the faster we can sort it out.

WHAT WE DO When we get a valid complaint, we take the material down or stop showing it, and we tell whoever supplied it. If they think we've got it wrong, we'll pass on what they said and work it out with you both. We only put something back if it becomes clear the use was authorised.

REPEAT INFRINGEMENT We stop working with anyone who repeatedly supplies material that infringes someone else's copyright.

ARTISTS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS Most of the images on this site were supplied by artists, their agents or photographers we worked with. If your photograph is here and you did not authorise it, we would rather hear from you directly than through a lawyer. Email us and we will take it down the same day and sort out credit or payment if it should have been there.

HOW WE HANDLE THIS We deal with copyright complaints ourselves, directly. We have not registered an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, so please send complaints straight to us at the address above. Nothing on this page limits any rights you have.
